Charmaine L. Arthur is the Chief Executive Officer of the historical Freedom House. Charmaine’s career in the youth development field for over 30 years has allowed her to focus on developing young people through a Whole Child approach. She has dedicated her career to serving youth and families, supporting them in attaining success and developing leaders at a young age. Charmaine has helped hundreds of young men and women overcome social, emotional, and behavior barriers all within the context of career awareness, career exploration, and self-reflection.
